We ship across Canada. From our facilities in Toronto and Victoria to your doorstep — coast to coast.

Ontario $11.11 CAD 2–4 business days

All Other Canadian Provinces $19.99 CAD 4–7 business days

Orders over $88 CAD FREE Standard delivery times

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on orders of $88 CAD or more (before taxes). No code needed.

Processing time is 2–5 business days. Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

For wholesale and bulk orders, please email create@alchemytaste.com for shipping details and volume rates.

International Orders: We currently ship within Canada. For international inquiries, please email create@alchemytaste.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, postal service disruptions, carrier transfers, or any additional duties or fees applied after the package leaves our facility.

Returns

We stand behind every product we offer. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return: Email us at create@alchemytaste.com with your order number, your name, and a brief reason for the return.

Return conditions:

• Products must be in original packaging with original contents
• Products must be unused or used up to a maximum of 10g
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method
