Returns

Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return a product for any reason you may send them back to us within 45 days of the purchase date. Simply email us the order number and your name with a short explanation as to the reason for your return.

All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A refund is eligible for products that haven’t been used or have been only used for up to 10g. The product needs to be in its original packaging and with its original contents within the package.

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund through the same method the purchase was made.
